At Masscom, we truly value the health and well-being of our employees. Being a fully remote organization, we believe that staying healthy is one of the biggest sources of motivation in a virtual setup.To support this, we’ve introduced online wellness sessions three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – designed to help our team stay active, energized, and balanced.
In celebration of World Health Day, our trainer hosted a special session on “Inner Wellness” – focusing on the mind-body connection, emotional resilience, and mental clarity. After all, a healthy inside is the foundation of a truly healthy life.

At Masscom Corporation, we celebrated Women’s Day a little differently this year! Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we took a survey to understand what our employees and their loved ones truly cherish.

I have been working as an Associate DevOps Engineer at Masscom. I can honestly say that it has been the best experience of my career. Masscom has always encouraged me to learn new technologies, take on challenging projects, and collaborate with talented colleagues. I used my skills in Git, Team city, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS to create the app, and I received constant feedback and guidance from my manager and my team. I learned a lot from the project, and I improved my coding, problem-solving, and communication skills. I have been working at Masscom for the past one and a half years as an Associate DevOps Engineer, and it has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. From the very beginning, I was given the opportunity to work on multiple projects, which not only enhanced my technical knowledge but also helped me gain confidence in my role. One of the things I truly value here is the continuous learning environment. I had the chance to explore and work with several DevOps tools, improve my collaboration skills, and understand processes that are essential for professional growth. My manager and team have always been supportive, providing timely feedback that guided me in the right direction. The company culture is another highlight of my experience. Even while working remotely, I always felt connected and colleagues were approachable and ready to help, and the organization ensured that we stayed engaged through festival celebrations, gifts, and virtual games. The flexibility of working from home also allowed me to maintain a healthy balance between work and family life. Overall, Masscom has given me a platform to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully. My Journey of 1.5 years … with Masscom.
When I joined Masscom, the market was saturated with organizations claiming to be “fully remote.” However, only a select few truly embodied that model — and Masscom was one of them. In an era marked by shifting definitions of remote work, often masked by frequent in-person meetings and business travel, Masscom remained steadfast in its commitment. Today, I take immense pride in saying we are genuinely and consistently remote.
At Masscom, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing true autonomy — the freedom to take decisions, innovate, and grow without the constraints of micromanagement or fear of judgment. This trust-based culture has been transformative, both personally and professionally.
My manager has been far more than a supervisor; she has been an unwavering pillar of strength and support. Her consistent encouragement, guidance, and belief in my abilities played a pivotal role in the growth and success of our department. Her leadership style — rooted in empowerment and empathy — is a rare and remarkable quality I deeply value. The transparency, inclusivity, and mutual respect I’ve witnessed within the HR team and across the organization have been unparalleled. I’ve been with the company for almost a year and a half now, and my journey so far has been really rewarding. Company has great Seniors/mentors who are driving in the right direction. All the latest and greatest tech stack is being used in Masscom. Will get a good learning opportunity here.
Nicely paid with a good hike and compensations. Good cross team bonding.
Company is providing onsite opportunities depending on the business needs. I got an opportunity to travel onsite (USA) in April 2023 which was nicely planned by the team.

Really happy working with Masscomcorp for the past 2 years. Excellent work-life balance in this organization. Got the opportunity to learn new skill-sets. (Company sponsored the learning expense also). Flexible work timing. The HR Team is very helpful in addressing employees’ concerns. Team activities conducted are really encouraging, that keeps employees feeling energetic & joyful.

Having worked with multiple companies for over 7 years before moving to Masscom Corporation, there was a lot of anxiety to work for a remote company, but Masscom Corporation laid all my concerns to rest. I had not heard about Masscom Corporation before joining, however, the first week into my job I realized that I am surrounded by capable, experienced & hardworking people. Masscom Corporation is a good place to work at. The culture is transparent and every employee, irrespective of their position, is given a chance to be heard, and there are ample opportunities available to those who want to build a career here.
It is a young organization with a contemporary, innovative approach that distinguishes it from its peers. It provides a very conducive environment to learn, grow and prosper. The learning is great through practical experiences and the growth opportunities are good.
I have been with the organization for more than 2 years now and have seen myself transform as a professional in more than one way. As it is said that “The trail is the thing, not the end of the trail” My two years’ trail at Masscom has been very gratifying and rewarding.
