At Masscom, we truly value the health and well-being of our employees. Being a fully remote organization, we believe that staying healthy is one of the biggest sources of motivation in a virtual setup.To support this, we’ve introduced online wellness sessions three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – designed to help our team stay active, energized, and balanced.
In celebration of World Health Day, our trainer hosted a special session on “Inner Wellness” – focusing on the mind-body connection, emotional resilience, and mental clarity. After all, a healthy inside is the foundation of a truly healthy life.

Celebrating Women’s Day – The Masscom Way! 🩷 ✨
At Masscom Corporation, we celebrated Women’s Day a little differently this year! Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we took a survey to understand what our employees and their loved ones truly cherish.
🎁 Personalized Surprises:
👜 Those who love personal keepsakes received a customized wallet.
☕ Kids were delighted with a photo mug & a photo desk watch.
💆 And for those who value experiences, we gifted a Lakmé Salon voucher for a little self-care!
The best part? Seeing the joy these gifts brought! ☺️ But one story stood out – an employee gifted the Lakme voucher to his wife, and she was so thrilled that she made his favorite dishes that evening. 🍨 The next day, when he confessed it was a company gift and not from him… well, let’s just say lauki (bottle gourd) was on the menu. 🤣 😂
